The Forex market is an interesting place where anyone can trade in world currencies and in fact even though the majority of Forex trades are made by banks as well as by some of the bigger institutions, in the recent past average investors too have found numerous appealing opportunities that can help them earn good money. And, now that the internet has taken over almost every aspect of our lives making use of advanced software such as good Forex software can prove to be very helpful in executing profitable trades. Good Forex software is usually designed to specifically aid currency traders in researching and then placing trades that will hopefully help them earn good profits.

Analyze The Information

To succeed in Forex trading and much like in the case of stock trading traders will need to analyze fundamental as well as technical information and factors. In the case of making technical analyses it requires studying charts and graphs and trends (measurable) and all this can prove to be very tedious when done manually. It is therefore a good idea to allow Forex software to do all this study on your behalf and in the case of fundamental analysis too the Forex software can be used to study world conditions that are known to impact the price of various currencies. After such studies have been made it is then possible for the software to determine the direction in which the currency is going to move.

A great majority of Forex software is generally used for doing technical analyses and the reason for this is that fundamental analysis is better left to individual investors because such analysis works on emotions whereas technical analysis requires use of logic which is something that Forex software can handle better than any humans.

There are various kinds of Forex software that can be used for different needs and conditions; a beginner might need to use backtesting software whereas the more experienced traders will require more sophisticated software. For good Forex software why not check out that is known as StockReflex and for a free version there is Novativa Streamster that can teach even a novice the best way to trade in Forex.

Forex charting software can show you how well a particular currency has been doing. In fact, such software can help take the decision making out of your hands by taking appropriate action when it establishes a direction in which particular currencies is expected to move. Such software is especially useful for people that do not as yet have sufficient experience in forex trading.

When it comes to making reliable Forex market analysis there are two main types of analyses that you will need to learn to use. Both Forex market analysis methods require that you learn to anticipate the probable course of movement of a particular currency: one method is known as the fundamental analysis method while the other method is known as technical analysis.

Fundamental Analysis

When it concerns this kind of Forex market analysis you will need to learn about the underlying factors that cause a currency to move in a particular direction. Furthermore, to use this option requires understanding the world economy and also individual and local economies of various nations whose currency you plan to trade in. The healthier an economy the more robust its currency will be and vice versa.

This in turn means that when it concerns fundamental Forex market analysis you need to go over the periodic financial statements and reports issued by a nation concerning its GDP (gross domestic product) and its state of debt, and inflationary rates and levels of employment and deficits in trade. With such information you can analyze the data and then predict in which direction that nation’s currency will move. Also, you will need to factor in political as well as social events taking place in the nation as these too influence a currency.

Technical Analysis

The technical Forex market analysis method is based around those charts that help in identifying trends as well as patterns in a particular currency’s movements. When it comes to using technical analyses there are hundreds of indicators that you need to study that show which direction a currency is expected to move in. However, using this option does mean expending a great deal of time and effort that is needed to study all the available indicators.

When it comes to picking the best Forex market analysis method there is no unanimity as to which option is the better one. What’s more, most traders will rely on one or the other method and so will have different points of view. It is however safe to say that both methods can be used together since they are not mutually exclusive. Fundamental analysis is generally considered as a Forex market analysis method that is based on people’s emotions while the technical analysis method is more logical. A combination of both emotions and logic should work well.

The online Forex market is an exciting place to be. Using the latest in internet trading tools you can easily make your trades and if you are astute and know the rules it could mean making serious money as well.

As a trader, it is important to look at the technical analysis of the stocks. Metastock is THE system to get, though there are various variations. I bought a system recently and had been testing out some of the functions. It is pretty easy to study the charts. It’s called the ABC system. Whether you buy or sell a stock, or do nothing about it, depends on the signals.

First, you look at the arrows. A green arrow pointing upwards tells you to buy. An orange arrow pointing downwards tells you to sell. However, as it takes time for the arrows to appear, you have to look at other signals.

Second, take a look at the bars. Depending on your preference, you may look at bars or candlesticks. I like candlesticks as they show the picture very quickly. Green means it has done well, and red means the prices had dropped. The length of the candlestick tells you the opening price and the closing price, while the extra lines on top and bottom tells you the highest price and the lowest price within the same day.

Third, take a look at the channels. The two lines refer to the support or resistant levels. When the candlestick breaks out of the channels, it could mean two things. If it breaks out above the channel, it means that it will be on an upward trend. If it breaks out below the channel, it means it will be on a downward trend.

That is how the ABC system works. Remember, to choose a stock to buy or sell, it must fulfil all of them. That’s the simple way. For more advanced levels, there are other ways to decide whether you can sell or buy earlier.

There is no need to learn all the other fancy tools. Of course, if you want to ensure a higher chance of success, there is another line to look at. It is called the Balance Line. It is shown as the blue line in the picture below. If the candlesticks are below the Balance Line, it means there is a downward trend. If the candlesticks are above the Balance Line, it means there is an upward trend.

It will take some practice, so whatever I show on my website is just a guide and not an expert recommendation to buy or sell. You can’t just buy based on what you see, because you need to do daily monitoring of the stocks, which should not take more than 15 minutes. The system that I got will help me scan through all the stocks before finding those that somewhat fulfil the above signals before I use my own judgement. Sometimes there are no stocks to buy or sell, so you just have to continue to monitor them.

When people think about investing, they forget that buying stocks provides you with an ownership interest in the company that is selling the stocks. Usually stocks are traded at a price above the real earnings of the company. This helps the investor to see whether it is undervalued or overvalued.

Another term for stocks is equities. There is no fixed value to it. It is only of as much value as the investors determine through forces of the market.

It is much easier to buy stocks now compared to decades ago. Previously, normal buyers had to call their stockbrokers in order for any transaction to take place. They have to pay them a higher brokerage fee. Then, the stockbrokers would be shouting and making hand signals to see who was willing to buy. However, people can buy stocks online easily now.

There are many things to consider before buying stocks. Is price a major factor? If it is a major factor, you can consider getting penny stocks since they are cheaper. If you are worried about stability of the stocks, you may consider blue chip stocks, but they are usually trading at much higher prices than the penny stocks.

Buying stocks online may be simple, since you are able to do your research online through chart and technical analysis, but there are some drawbacks. Some traders accidentally sell stocks at a fraction of the prices they bought because they had keyed the prices wrongly.

Occasionally, there are technical glitches and you cannot get into the trading platform. If there is volatility in the stock market during that period of time, huge losses may be suffered. In addition, the server must be able to cope with huge traffic at any one time.

If you have not traded shares before, you need to open a trading account with CDP in Singapore. However, the brokerages can help you do that, except that you cannot just download forms from the websites of your chosen stockbroker. You have to sign the forms personally at the brokerage firm.

It is wise to attend courses to help you get familiarise with trading skills. If not, if you have absolutely no idea what you are doing and buy because your friend told you to do so, you may suffer from huge losses.

Penny stocks, also known as small cap stocks and micro cap stocks, refer to stocks that are sold for less than one dollar per share. Some traders like to trade in penny stocks because they do not require a huge investment to get started. They also have the opportunity to turn a small investment into a big fortune.

Unfortunately, some of the stocks have low visibility and tradability as not many people know about such stocks. With low volume, it is difficult for the stock to move. In addition, there could be other market risks since the companies with penny stocks are not in the major league yet. Small changes to the price may lead to huge changes in percentage gains or losses, hence it can be very volatile.

The UOB SESDAQ monitors the movement of penny stocks. To improve your pick on stocks, find out more using chart analysis or technical analysis. The financial stability of the company, good trading volume, and strong business plans should be considered too.
